The Bureau of Labor Statistics projects a 27% increase in demand for statisticians by 2022. The MAS degree qualifies students for entry-level positions as statisticians in industries such as Google, Intel, and Pfizer, as well as Wall Street and numerous federal, state and local government agencies. In-state employers include Humana, Lexmark, American Greetings, Corning, clinical research organizations, actuarial firms, research universities and government agencies.
